At Lekto Woodfuels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your heating products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  Ensure the woodfuels are in their original, unopened packaging and securely palletized or boxed to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule a Collection

  Once your request is approved, we will help you arrange a collection with our specialist courier service or provide instructions for drop-off.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
